Payment Processing

Earlybirds promises to protect your personal information with the highest level of date privacy and security. We understand that you are concerned about the security and privacy of online transactions.

Transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be converted by your card issuer into your local currency. We have no control over and take no responsibility for the exchange rate used by your card issuer, nor over any transaction fee which they may apply. The rate shown is approximate and based on today's exchange rate.

We accept Visa/MasterCard/Amex credit and debit cards. You can also pay using PayPal.

Delivery of your Order

Any order received prior to 12.00pm Monday to Friday we will endeavour to fulfil same day. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us at online@earlybirds.com.au.

Gift Voucher Delivery

Earlybirds Gift Vouchers are delivered either electronically via the nominated email address or sent via post. Both options can be selected when adding the selected Gift Voucher to your cart.

Duties and Taxes

Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into your destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. For more information please contact your local customs office.
